1
O Lord, our Lord, how glorious is Your name in all the earth. You have lifted up Your glory even above the heavens.
2
Out of the mouth of infants and nursing babies You established Your strength against Your enemies, to silence the enemy and the avenger.
3
When I look at Your heavens, the work of Your fingers, the moon and the stars, which You established,
4
What then is man, that You remember him, and the son of man, that You visit him?
5
You made him a little lower than the heavenly beings and crowned him with glory and honor.
6
You gave him authority over the works of Your hands, and You placed everything under his feet,
7
all the sheep and the oxen, and also the beasts of the field.
8
the birds of the sky, the fish of the sea, and everything that passes through the paths of the sea.
9
O Lord, our Lord, how glorious is Your name in all the earth.
