Matthew 7:11

So if you, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him.

In this passage Jesus emphasizes God’s boundless goodness and care by comparing human goodness with God’s. He points out that if people, despite their weaknesses and imperfection, know how to give good gifts to their children, then God, being a perfect and loving Father, will all the more give with greater love and care what is best for His children. These words assure us that God always hears our prayers and gives what is good when we ask Him. Here Jesus shows that God is always ready to do what is best for us, and we should trust His love and care, because He knows our true needs even better than we do.
