The blind see, the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised, and the gospel is preached to the poor.
Jesus points to the miracles that are being done by Him as signs and therefore as testimony to His messianic identity. These works correspond to Old Testament prophecies ((Isa. 35:5-6), (Isa. 61:1), etc.), where the coming of the Messiah was described: that at that time the blind and the lame would be healed, the deaf would hear, and good news would be proclaimed to the poor.
