Jesus was looking around to see who had done this.
This look of Christ is a look of mercy and truth. He is seeking not to accuse, but to bring to light and to give a fuller blessing. The woman had already been healed, but the Lord wanted that healing to be accompanied also by a personal relationship, testimony, and peace. Sometimes the grace of God first works in our life, and then calls us to stand openly before Him. His look should not be understood as a frightening judgment for the believer, but as holy attention by which He brings us into full communion with Himself.
