Mark 5:30

And Jesus at that very moment felt that power had gone out from Him, and turning to the crowd He said, “Who touched My garment?”

Christ is aware that power went out from Him. This does not mean that His power diminished, or that something happened apart from His will. Rather, it shows His perfect awareness and that the miracle took place by His living will. He asks, “Who touched My garment?” not because He did not know, but because He wanted the woman to come out of her hidden state and, with open faith, confess the grace she had received. Christ often does not leave people with only a secret blessing, but also brings them to public confession. This is important, because faith should not remain only an inner feeling, but is sometimes called to testimony.
